    i don’t think you should try to ” lose weight” just start eating healthy and maybe exercising if you don’t already you’ll just be healthier, that’s the right weight for someone your height ( 115- 140) that’s the weight range i read somewhere that’s my height too

    Make sure that you only eat healthy and nutritious foods for your calorie intake. Eating empty calories makes weight loss so much harder. Empty calories are calories that come from junk food and sugary foods. If you cut the empty calories from your diet you will do amazing things for your weight loss program. If your body cannot use all of the food that you are eating then you shouldn’t eat that food. This keeps you from gaining weight when your body simply puts all of the empty calories it can’t use into your fat cells. We let so much of our self worth get tied up with numbers on a scale that even when that number only drops by one or two points we feel better about ourselves.

    sindirola I can fully understand your frustration. I have been fightinng weight issues

    all my life, nothing worked all that well for me… yes I would lose weight on

    some, but as soon as I went off their program the weight instantly returned.

    That is until I tried the Diet Solution Program, and I have been having great

    success with it; maybe it will work for you too.
