How many calories should you consume every day to increase your weight?
Keeping the calories in small amounts helps you lose weight.
I’m curious how many calories should you consume each day to INCREASE your weight?
I’m planning on gaining 5 kg until summer and it’s pretty hard for me since my body burns everything really fast.
I’m not really sure what to eat because my stomach is very sensitive. If I eat fatty food I get sick and my stomach hurts.

I don;t think you should think in this way, because you will increase your fat only. You must think, do sport and eat a lot of proteins, then you will increase your weight if you eat enough food.
