how do I lose weight fast and gain muscle?

Im currently 194 pounds and six feet tall. I would like to be 170 and with visible six back and pecs. Im alreday on atkens and I work out sometimes. Any suggestions?

    Its hard to do both simultaneously, and it can be unhealthy also. I suggest loosing weight first, eat foods with low carbs, and eat less. Then to gain muscle, exercise your ass off while eating foods high in carbs and protein.

    Exercise run swim have a good diet but avoid junk food fried food. Eat smaller portions 3 times a day. Sip on 7 8 glasses of water, to keep your system clean. Good luck

    I was 90 pounds overweight. I am a big guy. I stand 6’1″ tall and used to weigh around the 290-300 lb mark. Actually, I was not sure anymore since my Weighing Scale at home stops at 260. I just saw it go all the way to 260lbs then some more, and more, and more, and reached the 40 lb. So doing my Math, I added 40lbs to 260lbs and came up with 300lbs. Hehe.
