    Don’t focus so much on losing it fast; rather focus on changing your eating habits for long term success. Each lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grain foods, limit processed foods. Your body will work hard to process these and they will keep you satisfied on less calories.

    heres how i do it!

    wear a corset for 4 hours a day, (optional, this is just if you want a tiny waist forever)
    exercise for one hour a day, 100 situps, 20 minutes of arm with can reps, and 10 squats

    also only one meal a day and snack on satsumas! if you work then try to eat 3 small meals, but no more than 1300 calories, thats just enough to sustain energy and lose fat!!! (its a lie when they tell you to eat 2000 cals a day, that is to maintain a size 10-12 figure with moderate exercise
    1300 is just right, with about half an hour to an hour of exercise a day. if you work on your feet all day then you may need more food.

    however absoloutly NO SUGAR, except fruit or honey or of you have to eat chocolate make sure its atleast 60 percent cocoa! mars bars contain about 5 percent and rest sugar and fat.
    carbs are ok, but only sweet potato or wholemeal bread or pasta 🙂
    cheese is ok in moderation
    NO FAST FOOD

    and very little meat, fish is the best form it contains omega3 and the exact fats the body needs, aswell as avocado and pumpkin seeds

    meats like pork and beef are not good if you want that slim figure.

    okay your lucky now that its summer well if you really want to loose weight fast get a garbage bag or something as big as a garbage bag…. then get a scissor and cutt the garbage bag into a shirt and put it on if you have a strip or something to tighten your waist put it on…. you can either put a sweater over it too so that you can sweat alot…if you dont want to exercise much, you can get inside a car stay there for 15 minutes but if you are having trouble breathing then stop…but this would be the easiest way to lose weight i know i lost 20 pounds in to weeks doing this XD it doesnt really matter the amount of food you eat you still lose weight if you do this atleast 6 times a week or even 7 lol…. try not eating after 6 though …you gain weight by eating at night…well i hope i helped “)

    1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.

    2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don’t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.

    3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.

    4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.
