I need to lose some weight and gain some muscle?

I want to lose about thirty pounds but I also need to gain some muscle back. At the moment Im only eating about one meal a day which Im sure isnt good for me but Im trying to get results fast on the losing weight thing. Obviously doing a work out everyday would help but what would be best for me in your opinion.

it’s important to eat breakfast in the morning, it jump starts your metabolism. you need to watch what you eat too, a low fat high protein diet is best to put on muscle and lose weight. it’s important to work out as well. The first thing is to lose some of that fat before you start working on muscle. do some running or swimming and finish up with some push-ups, sit-ups, and some squats. as you get slimmer, start switching from running intensive to more weight training

First off, eating only one meal per day will slow your metabolism and make it more difficulet to lose the fat. What you should do is spread your daily caloric needs over 5 to 6 meals throughout the day and stop eating a few hours before bedtime.

As far as the workout goes, give http://crossfit.com/ a try. I have seen my abs come to life using some of their routines. come up to our forums and post your results.
