    Ok ok ok……. calm down.
    1. Live off of southbeach diet TV dinners or any other TV dinner with less than 300 calories. ( southbeach diet fills you up and has 200-300 calories..) Oh yea! and salads also… ( no dressing sorry ) And no snacking… And especially drink nothing but water or occasionally diet soda.
    Do 100 sit-ups. Don’t go all the way down though and cross your arms at your chest because you’ll be working on your fat more there than having your arms at your head.
    2.Live off of salad… I lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks once doing that. ( including exercise )
    3. No….
    4. Do typical muscle building exercise like sit ups, push ups…. etc….. And go to the track for at least 30 minutes.
    5. Sit-ups… But cross your arms at the stomach because if you have your arms behind your head you’ll be concentrating more on the biceps and you won’t loose much stomach. And don’t go all the way down!!!!! If you really want to get rid of it. Be an inch or 2 away from the ground then you’ll be feeling the pain.

    follow the following diet

    1) Cook your food without any food oil try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork.
    2) Potato is strictly forbidden during this diet
    3) Don’t eat any type of junk food.
    4) Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can
    6) use brown bread
    7) use skimmed and low fat milk and yogurt
    8) no sugar of any type.
    9) drink diet pepsi if u like. but just one glass once a day.
    10)U can eat vegetable soap too as much as u can but no corn flour in it. Just cooked
    11) if u feel hungry then divide ur diet into 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only)
    12) one bowl of oatmeal can be taken as a break fast

    the best indoor exercise machine is tread mill. run on tread mill for at least 30 mntns daily. and try to extend ur period for one hour.

    dont take any type of medicine to reduce ur weight.
