Hell no!
I would not recommend it. I once took it and it has so much calories i actually gain weight. My advice is if you want to lose weight and build muscle is, to go to the gym and do large amount of weight and low reps. For example: 12 sets, 20 pounds…..10 sets, 25….8 sets, 30 pounds. Or lower weight amount if it’s too heavy, dnt kill yourself and take it slow.

I have been trying to lose weight for years. Last year I finally decided that it was time for me to lose the weight that has plagued me for years. I won’t lie, it took some work but I managed to lose over 40 lbs. One supplement I used that really helped me is the Acai Berry. Hopefully, this gives you some motivation.
