How to lose weight fast, please help!?

I know I am not fat, but I am not comfortable with my body weight, I want to lose about 15 pounds, how do I do that, but in a quick amount of time, please no stupid answers!

    well sadly there is no quick and easy way, but, the quickest way is to 1, increase protein in your diet
    2, eat a fist size portion of food every 3 hours or so instead of the usual 3 meals a day. and 4, exercise. to lose body fat the best thing to do is cardio, i find running or swimming works best. if you are not used to running then start out slow, run for 1 minute, walk for one minute. don’t try and go as far as possible the first time thinking this will make you lose weight faster because it won’t
