Loosing weight FAST! help.. please!?

I know everyone says to eat 5 small meals a day and exersize is the healty way to loose weight quickly.. but my boyfriends prom is may 20th and i want to lose weight.. and i’m talking about 15-20 pounds. I need to do this quickly.. and it would really make me feel more confident. I don’t eat breakfast or lunch and when i come home from school i fry 4 small pieces of chicken in water .. cook it .. cut it up and add some salt and pepper.. IF i do that almost everyday and exersize how much weight should i lose in a month?
I know your all going to tell me that it is unhealthy but i really want to loose weight..
help please.
if you have any other suggestions please let me know.

    it’s not only unhealthy, but it can cause your body to go into starvation mode, which would make it store fat. you should eat a satisfying breakfast, a healthy lunch and a light dinner. drink at least 2 liters of water and drink green tea twice a day.

    If you want to lose weight, you have to eat a couple of small snacks all day in order to keep your metabolism up.
    not eating breakfast or lunch won’t help. if anything, it’ll make matters worse.

    so you’re stuck with eating healthily and exercising or developing an eating disorder. but don’t do the second one, please.

    first of all you cant just eat CHICKEN everyday until your boyfriends prom!
    my advice would be to start exercising and eating RIGHT. salads, fruits, veggies, drink lots of water.
    jogging, running, and bicycling are fun/easy ways to lose weight! but if your trying to lose alot in a small amount of time then u need to be exercising pretty much everyday!

    okay, first, eat breakfast. even if it is just an apple… it BREAKs the FAST of sleeping (hence the name). without it your meatabolism will sllllooowwww doooowwwwnnn. Stay within 500- 800 calories a day of protein and fiber (ie salad, cottage cheese, and tuna). and you will see that and possibly more come off. do a little cardio. or a few miles of walking.

    it sounds like your boyfriend likes you just the way you are. remember that. if you workout hard for the next month or so you should she some weight loss…but more you’ll see fat loss, which may not show in actual weight loss, but you’ll end up looking more toned…you’ll lose inches for sure. do at least 30 minutes of intense cardio 4-5 times a week and lift weights 2-3 times per week. you should really eat something for breakfast, even if it’s just an apple…it kicks off your metabolism…by depriving your body of food and then just feeding it once a day you’ll only burn off sugar and no fat. your goal is to burn off fat…so you should should space out your eating throughout the day and eat about 1100-1300 calories…you should be able to lose about 1-2 pounds per week and since you have 6 weeks, you should lose around 14-16 pounds. you can do it…but remember your boyfriend asked you to go, the way you look and you’ll look beautiful no matter what!
