How can I lose weight before summer ends?

I really want to lose weight before summer ends in August. I’m athletic and all, but I want lose these “love handles” and my thighs are big -.- I try and run, but like my asthma causes me to not workout as much. I try and eat right, still nothing happens.

Any suggestions please?

    One really good way is by keeping real busy, by doing activities (swimming, hikes, tennis etc.) this way you end up doing cool stuff and lose weight at the same time. Also you can go on a high protein diet

    Walking you will be amazed how much weight you can lose by just walking for one hour every day. And just cutting down on sweets and soda. Think about walking is an easy and if you take a friend it can be fun.

    Hey there, great question and i’m glad I came across it today. 🙂

    I’m going to give you some free advice.

    Contrary to what you might think, Low Fat Foods DON’T WORK.

    You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.

    Anyways, to be honest again, with all the “programs” out there today, many people are getting things mixed up, they are trying MORE than one thing, and NOT sticking to one program, and as a result of this..they’re NOT losing weight…hell, some are GAINING weight because they don’t have the proper guidance..

    I’m going to recomend a book, it’s not free, BUT i’ve used it myself and I still DO and I lost fat AND gained muscle……..in fact, after 30 days….well, you get the picture. 🙂

    Well I think it’s totally about self-control:

    Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

    Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

    Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

    Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
    Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

    Some other tips:
    DON’T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT’S AMAZING

    I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

    Another thing is to drink green tea twice a day, it burns fat and it’s good for your health

    And of course, do at least 50 abs per day
