i think it can if you do up downs(jog in place, drop, and get up as fast as youy can) or if you find a steep hill somewhere close, and run up if as fast as you can, and record your times and try and go faster every time. also do alot of jogging, walking, and some weights. you dont always need a gym to loose weight

Cardiovascular exercises will help you burn the most fat, aka the treadmill, bike, things like that. Lifting weights are more for building muscle then losing weight. Just run your ass off and once you’ve slandered down start working on your abs and arms to get that hott lil wayne look! (you should grow the dreads too, just sayinggg!)

    Rower- 10 minutes
treadmill – 45 mins at 3 incline at 3.5 speed
    cycling-20 mins..
    ab crunches
lifting weights -1 kgs in beginnig…best way to build muscle..

Mix weight lifting and cardio. The stronger your muscles are the faster they can burn calories. Cardio just burns calories. One of the best exercises I’ve found is swimming, it’s a mix of cardio and resistance but it’s also low impact so it will preserve your joints.

My typical workout (though I haven’t done so in a while) consisted of about 15 minutes of stretching. I followed that with about 2-3 miles of walking/jogging/running. I followed that with bench presses, curls, squats and other various resistance exercises. After that I might repeat the cycle of cardio and resistance (I wouldn’t normally stretch afterwards). After that I would swim about a mile or more.

Days that I didn’t have time I excluded to a good stretch, some quick cardio and then more swimming than I would do on a normal day. Swimming is probably the best exercise I can thing of that works on cardio, strength and is low impact.

    Hi SoHood,

You know lose weight fast are not always the answer for healthy living. Weight loss involves a lot of hard work and determination. Here is an article I found that should help you on your way to lose weight fast.

    1. Get your attitude in check. A positive outlook is a great start to shedding the amount of weight you want to lose. Keep this in mind throughout the process.

    2. Look into gyms in the area if you haven’t already and select one that looks like a place you’d like to work out. Most gyms offer a free trial membership so you can see if that gym is the place for you.

    3. Begin a regiment of intense cardie at least twice a week for at least 45 minutes as well as a weight training program three times a week. This is a very important step as exercise is the key to weight loss.

    4. Research different diet options. There are a variety of options online as well as in magazines and commercials. The Special K Challenge is a popular diet option, as well as the Atkins program.

    5. Select a diet based on your needs and specifications. It’s important to pick a diet you are sure you can live with, because if you hate the diet it will be all to easy to quit. Programs like Jenny Craig are relatively stringent in their requirements. Some programs are also expensive and require you to buy specialized foods. The South Beach diet program is a relatively inexpensive program that is very popular.

    6. Stick with your diet and workout regiment. It takes time for weight loss to become visible and apparent.

    Hope this help,
    Good luck! 🙂
