Im wanting to look good in a bikini? How do i lose weight fast?
Im not very overweight, but i want to look better than what i do in a bikini. So whats a way i can have a slim body or lose as much as 10 lbs in a week or so, without unhealthy dieting and pills? And im 13 and i weight 110. i would like to weight around 100 or so. and i would like a flat stomach. Thanks :))

Unless you live somewhere tropical it’s NOVEMBER. Bikini season doesn’t start for about six months.
But to answer your question, all you need is diet and exercise. Burn off more than you take in.

at 13 you shouldn’t be worried about how you look in a bikini haha. Just take walks around your neighborhood and cut out soda and scale back a lot on foods that are high in sodium. Salt makes your body retain more water which will make you look heavier than you really are. Best of luck to you!

you cannot loose 10 pounds in a week.
but you can do about 2-3 a week if you
1.Eat Healthy, keep a journal of everything you eat and add up calories. no more than 2000 calories a day.
2.Workout for half an hour everyday or every other day.,
or 1 hour of Dance Dance Revolution,
and it works pretty fast if you stick to it.
i do it and its great.
plus your a healthy weight! so you shouldnt bother.

try buying a bo-flex running thing or get GL magizines there’s always a get skinny exercize page in there,do 100 crunches each time you eat,i used to be 200 pounds and went to 80 pounds!

How short are you? If you taller than 4’9″ you’d look great in a bikini.
