How to lose weight fast with out excrizeing!!!?

Okay so i need to loose weight fast because im 15 and am 5’5 -5’6 and weight about 155 i dont look it but its not normal. i hate my body and i wanna lose my extra belly fat and my chub rub & i abousaluty hate excrizing so what should i dooo??? pleasee help me should i do diet pills or what? i even tryed wrapping plastic around me so i would lose weight i need hep !!! so please.

    there isnt really much you can do to lose weight without excersizing, but drink water, consume less and consume healthier foods like fruits and veggies, instead of junk food. but if thats all you do you might not lose much weight

    If you take diet pills you will loose weight…but gain it right back as soon as you stop. You don’t have to go to the gym and work your butt off, you can just walk a little more. The biggest thing is clean up your diet. If you drink soda, stop and you should drop the extra flub in no time. Also, dairy has a lot of fat so switch to skimmer dairy choices or cut some out.

    Grow up, you need to excersise to lows weight otherwise you can’t lose weight healthyly, don’t be so lazy.

    If you really really really don’t want to exercise then you need a real good diet. You should cut out everything you don’t need. Only drink water and milk(One glass a day if you want). Eat lean meats, fruits, veggies. Don’t eat junk food, fast food, candy, chocolate. Do that for a while and you’ll lose weight. Try and keep a log of what you eat so you can see how many calories you take in everyday.

    Diet pills only work if you diet, does the word “DIET” ring a bell. You need excerise no matter what, BUT if your a lazy fat bastard (which i am assuming) then your best bet is a daily 1000 calorie deficet. Works for every one. I lost 20lbs alone in a month folling that. Find out your daily calorie intake, and subtract 1000 off of that. EX. MY daily intake should be 2,900 so i consume 1,900 calories a day. It takes 3,500 calories to burn off a pound of fat. So if i do this every day for a week, i will have lost 2lbs a week. Even more if i excersice too!

    You need to exercise no matter what. Ever noticed thoose people with lost weight with all that extra skin flying everywhere? That’ll happen to you. I’m not saying go to the gym and make yourself sore. But after you eat something, make sure you atleast do something, than sitting on ur butt all day. For instance…after dinner, clean your room, Vacumm, take a walk, take your dog for a walk, ride your bike to your friends, help your mom do yard work, do few sit ups, buy a exercise tape and follow the instructions!

    Just please do a little movement, or your “fat” will turn into “loose skin”.

    no pain no gain!!!!! stop being lazy, if you want to get in shape you must exercise. truth about diet pills: they do help loose weight..but they come with many side effects and since you wont be exercising you skin will be so flabby and loose it will be worse than being a little overweight, and of course when you stop taking them you will gain all the weight right back and your metabolism will have changed already so that will be worse for you because you most likely will gain more weight in more areas. exercising is not so bad once you start it..you can just start by walking..theres some suites in walmart for sweating and you can wear them under your work out clothes and those make you sweat alot, once you have been walking and you start seeing results you will be encouraged to do more. and eat right dont eat junk food and fast food expecting to loose weight or at least to maintain weight..those things make you fat.

    right everyone is saying don’t try diet pills but sorry i was about your weight (and im your height) last summer and did them and lost 1stone and a half. then i went from that to cutting down on rubbish and consuming less calories and here i am three stone lighter. the diet pills gave me motivation to loose the weight because it was already going down so if thats what you need to get you kick started then i say do the pills. of course you will need to watch what you eat (don’t scoff junk just coz you think that “diet” pills will make the cals go away–they wont).
    i mean i exercised a little–walking and occasionally hopping on the tredmill–but they did work.
    if you don’t want to do pills then just cut down on sat fats and eat healthier. don’t each too much bread or, of course, chocolate, sweets, cakes, fried foods and takeaways. if you don’t want to dive straight in at cutting calories off keep a log of what you eat and decrease the amount every few days. aim for no less than 1200 cals
    exercise is actually very beneficial and a good way to loose some weight–even if its just walking to the shop or school back it will help–so try and give it a go

    Hello there. I am based in the UK and we are really getting the American syndrome here as far as over weight and obesity goes.
    Although I used to drill my self in early days, I am now 57 years young, I obviously did slack of at one time. I have been through Herbalife and other formula diets. Weight Watchers is a real pain but ok for someone that is weak in maths. (they do more counting than they do eating), hours in the gym with all the posers that can’t walk by a mirror without observing their muscles and puckering their lips, big No No!
    At the end of the day it’s all down to nutrition. If you are eating crap you will look crap, period. That don’t mean you can’t eat what you want to eat. There is no reason what so ever to punish yourself if you want to lose weight. Discipline is the magic word. Eat what you want but also know, how much to eat, when to eat, how to eat it!
