Hi I was facing the same problem, I’ve tried a bunch of different thing like weight watches and Jenny’s but I didn’t have much luck and it was hard to follow so I stopped using them, My sister told me about a site so I checked it out, I really like it and the videos are great and easy to follow, best part is I’m already starting to lose some weight.
Well good luck and I hope you have success.

I had problems with weight also. It revealed that my blood sugar level was very high, about 22.
My doctor sent me to the hospital, and I got insulin. They said, I have type I. diabetes. After the hospital I decided, I will try out something else.
I found a great doctor, who had the same “sugar trouble”. He said, everyone has a different level of insulin production. If you are overweight, eat less carbs first time (but really just little). Very little sugar, flour… It’s not so easy. I know, I tried.
    But, it’s a well-established strategy…

Commitment is one of the key factors to losing weight. If you are serious about losing weight you need to stay serious. Realize that the weight will not come off right away(you did not gain it over night so it will not come off over night).

Exercise moderatly but for about an hour every other day. Spend half of that walking or running at a good enough pace for you to feel labored. The other half of the time use weights, or exercises such as push ups or situps to get a muscle “burn”. A gym is also an option, but I don’t know if you have the money for or want to spend the money on it.

You can get yourself a pair of dumbells which can be used for a variety of exercises that will help you build muscle. Start eating more proteins, it will help build muscle and your overall health. Hope this helps!

Drink a glass of water before you start the meal. Water naturally needs some space so that you feel fuller without actually having to stuff yourself.

    try this:
-Eat less fat and sugar and drink more water.
-Spread your eating out over 5-6 meals in a day.
-Do 20+ minutes of cardio before breakfast every morning (anything that raises your heart rate will do, like jumping-jacks).
-Buy some weights or a home gym and work out every other day.
-Drink green tea and take a multi-vitamin every day.
    -Be consistent!
