How to lose weight fast without starving yourself?

Anyone know some good diet plans or something I just need to lose a few extra pounds cause I am going to the beach this summer…and you know how that goes

    You exercise 5-6 times a week, for 45 mins to an hour and you cut out high sugar, high fat and starchy foods, basically, snacking on fruit and healthier things instead.

    Just limit your calories to 1500 per day and walk for an hour or two per day. Eat a bit of everything but exclude chocolates, cakes, biscuits and fried food use nuts sparingly.

    You will need to weigh food and count calories. Fruit, veg, milk, yogurt, non oily fish, legumes, cooked pasta, rice and lean meat, all have less than 200 calories per 100 grams.
