Given that you already engage in sports and cardio everyday, here are my two biggest tips, one dietary and one physical:

    1. Eat smaller meals more times a day. Specifically, go for at least four meals a day spaced no more than four hours apart. Eat enough so that you are no longer hungry, not until you are full. Eat mostly food with protein, fiber, healthy fats, calcium, and B vitamins.

    2. Put strength training into the mix. A gain in muscle leads to a faster fat-burning metabolism. Possibly replace some of the cardio with HIIT.

Practicing these two tips should help you out a lot. I hope this helps.

Step 1:Cut out all sodas. The carbonation will make you bloated so switch to water or tea. Step 2:To lose one lb of fat you need to burn 3,500 calories. So start by cutting 350 calories off your daily diet.Step 3:Switch to lean proteins like chicken and fish because they will keep you fuller longer and are less in calorie.Step 4:Cut carbs out for the next 2 weeks, you’ll definitely understand at the end of the 2 weeks how many extra calories they give you.Step 5:Eat lots and lots of vegetables.Step 6:Work out at least 1 hour a day. Go for a walk, ride a bike, lift some weights.

Lose Weight Fast – Six Sensible Tips for Long Term Weight Loss
    1. Drink water.Water is quite possibly the single most important catalyst in losing weight and keeping it off longer term.Water acts as an appetite suppressant by keeping your stomach full and fending off dehydration which can lead to false cravings/hunger.2. Eat regularly. This means eating 5 times a day and the most important meal is breakfast.Make sure you fuel your body first thing in the morning to avoid hunger pangs later in the day. When you eat 5 times a day you will never feel hungry, make sure the total calories consumed are sensible and don’t over eat in any of the meals learn portion size control!3. Eat lots of fibre.Eating adequate fiber foods to help keep things moving through your bowel. And like water, fiber rich foods bulk you up and make you feel fuller for longer.4. Consume more good fats. There are good fats and bad fats.Good fats provide you with essential fatty acids (linoleic and linolenic acids) needed for normal reproduction and growth, as well as for production of prostoglandin, a hormone like compound that regulates blood pressure, prevents blood clotting and lowers the risk of heart disease.6. Carbohydrates can help you lose weight.A diet containing good carbohydrates such fruits and vegetables, wholegrains and moderate in fat and calories, will result in weight loss.Good carbohydrates will also help you combat hunger pangs as they are slowly realized into the body. When eating carbohydrates eat them “from the earth” with no refining or processing. These include whole grains, vegetables; fruits and beans.

Pump some iron. Resistance training, (weight training), can help both sexes stay lean by building muscle and raising metabolism. The fact is, hours and hours of aerobic exercise won’t help most people lose weight fast because your metabolism drops back to normal fairly quickly after stopping the exercise. If you gain muscle, however, your body’s resting metabolism, (the amount of calories you burn when you’re just sitting still), increases, because muscle requires a lot of calories to maintain. Studies have shown consistent weight training to raise the body’s metabolism by 15%. This means an average woman might burn 200-300 more calories at rest every day! Resistance training is the gift that keeps on giving! Although, keep in mind that muscle mass weighs more than fat (don’t be surprised if you gain weight but look slimmer).
