How can I lose weight fast without harming myself?

Hey,
I bought a dress a few weeks ago for a party, and since then, I’ve gained a bit of weight. I need my curves back! And I left it a bit late… I’ve only got 9 days! Any ways to lose a few pounds not by vomiting, etc?! Thanks xo

    You can exercise and eat smaller portions. Do NOT fast or take any pills. Drink lots of water as well. Fat can’t leave without riding out on water.

    most people think they are “fat” when reallly they just have a lot of intestines. Intestines aren’t really needed, and you can easily remove them with a simple kitchen knife. Just make an incision over the belly button, a good 3-4 inches deep, then reach in and take out the unwanted intestines. A very simple and healthy way to lose weight!

    I’m 5’8 and at the time I was about 220 lbs.. and was trying real hard to lose weight for almost 8 months… i just had a baby girl at the time.. and during my pregnancy i gained a tonnnn of weight and much of it stuck with me after she was born, and the hubby began getting on my case and bothering me non stop about my new weight problem… so after a few months of that, it really started getting to me, plus summer was about to get here- and i love the beach!     why not Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice. Juice is often sweetened but fresh fruits have natural sugars. When you eat fruit, you are taking in a lot of fiber, which is needed by the body, and fruits of course are an excellent source of vitamins.
