Okay i am 17 and I am 5’7 and I weight about 192lbs. I know I am really fat and obese for my age. See my problem is when I was younger I went on a no sugar diet(meaning I didn’t work out at all I only drank water and cut out all of my sugars completely). While I was on that diet I went from 180lbs to about 150lbs in a couple of months very quickly. Now years have passed and I gained back all that weight and then some and have some loose flabby skin on my arms from when I lost the weight. This time I want to do it right. So does anyone have any advice on how I can tighten up that skin?. I don’t want to do cosmetic surgary. I also want to lose the weight again so very desperately. Does anyone have any advice on how I can lose the weight a little fatser?
Cause now I am actually going to the gym 6x a day and when I go there I go on the treadmill for 30min to do cardio which I hear makes you lose weight quickly. I want to go down to 145lbs by next year June for prom and graduation. So do you think I can do it if I go the gym 6x a day? I usually burn 364 calories at the gym and I’m trying to increase it everytime I go. I only drink water and only eat sweets once a weekend. My only problem is what to eat to help me with my low calorie diet cause I’m known for snacking and those calories add up. i want to eat something that will keep me full.
