Tips on how to Lose weight Fast?

Hello. I am fifteen years old and I am going to turn sixteen on January 10, 2011. I want to lose some weight by then. Right now I weigh 200 pounds and would like to weigh 140. Besides lose weight I also want to lose my man-boobs to make myself more presentable for my girlfriend. When she returns for my sixteenth birthday from mexico I want to surprise her! Thanks!
