Can anyone give me tips on how to lose weight fast? i’m desperate lol?

does anybody know some tips on how to lose weight fast? i don’t have time to do alot of exercise and i don’t plan on going to buy something. I mainly need to lose weight in my stomach/love handle area and my thighs. if someone could help me i would be sooo unbelievably appreciative. i just need to lose a couple pounds, maybe a few or more (lol) pretty rapidly. thanks a bunchiie

    Diet and exercise. For exercise do cardio, running, elliptical, bicycling, treadmill and aerobics. For diet, eat a low fat medium carbs and protein diet, no salt or sugar, drink only water.

    Stay away from supplements that dont work, caffiene pills and acia berry which is only an anti-oxidant and has nothing to do with fat loss. Just another scam to get your money.
