Any tips on how I could lose weight fast?

I’m just wanting to lose a bit of weight. Slow weigh or fast. Any ideas?

    a girl at my work had a bad tooth problem and all she could eat was liquid food. soup yogurt and pudding she said all she could eat and she lost maybe but the looks of it in two months 20 pounds.

    most important suggestion rather than asking people you don’t in an online forum read books and consult nutritionist.. it would be well worth your investment because what you will learn will avoid trial and error for you…

    10 Be motivated.You need to believe in yourself!. Learn to evaluate your efforts fairly and objectively. When you have thought of giving up, visualize how good you will look when you manage to slim down successfully.

    Eat healthy but a little less. Exercise more, count the intake of calories compared to the out put. It is pure mathematics.Good luck

    2. Don’t drink sugary drinks such as soda even if it is diet
    3. Eat 5 small meals during the day . 70% protein and 30% carbohydrates . This will increase your metabolism and help you burn fat faster.
