Along with water and excerise. My friend said that she heard that eating 1000-1200 calories would make you lose weight fast..

    least amount of calories can be 800-1000kcal.. scientifically one can reduce up to 500kcal per day from a diet of 1800-2000kcal for a normal weight loss.. but for a fast weight loss you can safely turn to a 800-1000kcal diet.. if you turn to this kind of diet then you should choose foods which are nutrient dense so that you are not deficient in any nutrient.. eg nuts, low fat milk, egg whites, lean meat, 3-4 serving of cereal, veggies and fruits
