What are some great ways to loose thigh fat and stomach fat?

I have fat on my gut and thighs that i want to get rid of. What are some great ways to lose it?

    Sit-ups are my number one choice. Do as many as you can, even if it is only 10, and work up from there. They may not be fast, but over a month you will see amazing results.

    Eat right. Exercise is nothing without eating right and eating right is nothing without exercise. Find foods that are healthy and you enjoy to eat.

    Go somewhere. Just getting up off of the couch, driving to the mall, and walking around, burns tons of calories.

    – Yoga (Hatha and Bikram “Hot” Yoga are really great
    – Gym machines such as treadmill, stair master, or rowing machine

    but anyways, try taking a simple dance class. it doesnt have to be like ballet or something. like jazzercise! dance is a awesome excercise and has kept me in shape all my life.
