“fast” is a relative term. Losing weight will take time but if you run daily and watch your calorie intake, you should start to see results within 2 weeks

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

cut out all CARBOHYDRATES & replace them with PROTEIN… when your body no longer has any carb intake, it has no alternative but to use FAT as a Energy source … thus burning your Fat Reserves thus you loose weight ( fastest way )…. & the High Protein intake stops the body feeling Hungry . big protein foods are ALL MEATS , CHEESES, EGGS, all ov these have NO carbs …. once you have achieved your desired weight , you can then RE-introduce carbs on a moderate level which will help you maintain your new Body mass . it is a good idea to drink lots of WATER during the earlyer stages, it helps get the fat on the move , some light exercise will help speed this up, but it is achievable without ……. i lost 80lbs in 4 months using this system.

Healthy sensible eating and regular exercise. The two work perfectly together. I know I managed to lose 48lbs in just over 6 months. That was two and a half years ago. I have since then been able to maintain my weight with ease.
Keep all junk foods, ready made processed meals, alcohol, sugary fizzy drinks, and takeaway meals to an absolute minimum.
Junk food is just what it says – JUNK. With one added ingredient in – FAT.
Try to include more whole foods into your diet. Such as brown bread, brown rice, brown pasta, beans & pulses. These are high in fiber and will keep you feeling fuller for longer. Don’t cut out carborhydrates. These are essential part of your diet. They are very low in fat – as long as you keep them plain and simple.
Eat a balanced, low fat diet of:-
Lean meats, poulty, fish, eggs, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, low fat dairy products, skimmed milk, sugar free beverages, and non sugary cereals.
STAY ACTIVE. Try to MOVE as MUCH as YOU CAN. EXERCISE will really help to acelerate your weight loss. Exercise one of the strongest indicators of long term success. Not only does it burn calories and increase metabolism-boosing muscle, it also boosts self-esteem and beats stress.
Although, exercise is beneficial regardless of your diet. However, 80% of your physique is a result of what you eat. 20% is exercise.
But one thing you have to remember though is. Once you have reached your realistic target weight. If you go back to your old eating habits and activity levels. You will put all the weight back on again. It is as simple as that.
This is a usually the problem with quick-fix diets. They don’t help you to make changes that you can maintain in the long term.
Unfortunately, there is no magic formula with it comes to fast weight loss.
