    When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
    If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which

    cut out all CARBOHYDRATES & replace them with PROTEIN… when your body no longer has any carb intake, it has no alternative but to use FAT as a Energy source … thus burning your Fat Reserves thus you loose weight ( fastest way )…. & the High Protein intake stops the body feeling Hungry . big protein foods are ALL MEATS , CHEESES, EGGS, all ov these have NO carbs …. once you have achieved your desired weight , you can then RE-introduce carbs on a moderate level which will help you maintain your new Body mass . it is a good idea to drink lots of WATER during the earlyer stages, it helps get the fat on the move , some light exercise will help speed this up, but it is achievable without ……. i lost 80lbs in 4 months using this system.

    STAY ACTIVE. Try to MOVE as MUCH as YOU CAN. EXERCISE will really help to acelerate your weight loss. Exercise one of the strongest indicators of long term success. Not only does it burn calories and increase metabolism-boosing muscle, it also boosts self-esteem and beats stress.

    Although, exercise is beneficial regardless of your diet. However, 80% of your physique is a result of what you eat. 20% is exercise.

    But one thing you have to remember though is. Once you have reached your realistic target weight. If you go back to your old eating habits and activity levels. You will put all the weight back on again. It is as simple as that.

    This is a usually the problem with quick-fix diets. They don’t help you to make changes that you can maintain in the long term.

    Unfortunately, there is no magic formula with it comes to fast weight loss.
