What are some fast healthy ways to loose weight fast?

Im 14 and school will be starting in about a month. Im going into high school and I want to make an impression on my friends. Ive always said “Oh no Im going to diet, Im going to stick to it this time.” I never do so I want to show them I really can and I need a fast but healthy and not too hard way to loose weight. Any advice?

    eat oatmeal every dinner time. take up a boxing course with a proffesional trainer. you will lose a lot of weight with a boxers workout.

    Your question is asked here dozens of times a day (and yet people still post “how do i lose weight”)…by the way, the word is “lose” (loose means not tight)

    You do it by:

    Eating right

    That’s all there is to it. No magick bullets…just consume fewer calories a day than you burn. Shoot for exercising at least 1 hr a day, at least 5 days a week.

    only if you have high motivation cause usually in your age has not have strong enough motivation. but if you have, i think you must get action to losing your food high fat and candy always, more action to workout cause your body need burning fat. you can start from jogging, but you can go to the gym cause in their place is more complete. i have some movie training and book how to losing your fat and make body healthiness. want to try?

    First understand that your body does not want you to lose weight, so its has got to be mind over body! Learn self discipline / self control will go a long way to sticking with the diet.

    There’s no healthy way to lose weight fast. Slow and steady is the only way to go. But try this: Walk 10 miles a day. (Break it up into a several walks if you want).

    eat less food with carbs. And lessen your carb intake from morning till night i.e. eat more in the morning and lesser in the night as energy is stored oin your body as fats. Consume more fruits and veggies too and drink lots of water so you don’t feel hungry so easily
