What are some good ways to loose weight fast?

This questions been asked alot but honestly. I Dont mind going on a supplement I just want to make sure what ever it is works. It’s kind of hard for me to get exercise because im not aloud outside unless im with my mom (Im 15 lol) and my mom doesn’t go out much and buying healthy food is really hard because mom buys food for the whole family and no one else wants to buy health food other then ground turkey… so are there any custom ways i can loose weight?

    unless u can do like crunches and push ups and run in your house then ur kinda outta luck, unless u can get in a club or something like that where u move around but if u dont like that then try asking ur mom if u can go out and work out or something. play a sport if u can??

    No, losing weight takes a lot of time and dedication. Trust me, I am trying to lose weight, and to me it is really hard. If you want to lose weight, try joining activities in your school such as a sports team, or a dance team. If you don’t want to do that, I suggest you sit down your mom and explain to her that you want to lose weight but, you’ll need her support which means she has to start buying you healthy food and has to let you go out and exercise. The only way you can lose weight is eating right and well…exercising.
