Any good ways to loose weight fast?

I need to loose weight but i never stay motivated. what’s a good way to keep me motivated to loose weight fast?

    The key for losing weight is easy – consume less food and workout more – the difficulties surface when we actually try to put that into practice! There are lots of stumbling blocks out there don’t you think?!     Swimming. I lost 8 lbs and started skinny, while two of my friends were somewhat fat and lost 30 pounds very quickly (but we were small at the time so they gained muscle after that).

    Also, hang up a small shirt or bathing suit or pants that you’re striving to fit into on your closet door or where you always see them.
