What are some fast & efficient ways to lose weight?

I’m 20, 5’8 & 185 lbs. I really want to lose weight fast.

    Cardio is by far the most efficent and fastest way to lose weight. Its rough at first to run but you’re body will get use to it. Work on building muscles in your arms legs and stomach. The more muscle you have the more calories you will burn running. Doing ab workouts and strenghting you core is a must.

    12. Choose fat-free or low-fat variety of foods especially when it comes to dairy products (milk, cheese, and yogurt).
