I want to lose some fat in my thighs, legs, and stomach?

It’s almost beach season and my belly is a bit…round. Not a huge beer belly but one that’s noticeable and juts out. Will doing a lot of sit ups every day fix this? What are some other [simple] ab workouts? Also, my thighs and legs are kind of chubby. (I’m trying to avoid the word fat…) It’s really weird looking because my fingers and arms are SUPER skinny. I was looking at a picture of myself and it looked like I photo-shopped by bottom half on… O.o

Okay, so I have a running machine. I don’t like jogging outside because…I don’t. Do hula hoops help? Or is it just sit ups and stuff?

Any food tips?

    Do lots of cardio to burn fat, change your diet, do some ab exercises to strengthen the muscle underneath your belly fat. Once you burn the fat off of your stomach you’ll have muscle definition underneath (= Make sure you’re getting enough protein so you can gain muslcle because muscle burns fat.

    you should minimize the amount of starchy foods you eat (e.g. white rice, white bread, cake, pastries, pizza, pasta) and eat plenty of bulky, fibre-rich, watery foods (vegetables, fruit) and lean meats.

    I used to have the fattest stomach. Here’s a good site I found that really helped.
