There is a dance coming up in 2 months and I would like to lose some weight, what is the best way to do that?

I want to lose about 10 lbs and the dance is in 2 months. It is the biggest of the year and I have an awesome date and everything, is there even a solution? And if there is, what is the best way to go about doing?

    Just exercise and watch your calorie intake, you should be able to drop 10 pounds in 2 months no problem if you do that.

    Best way… Exersice daily (whether it be stretches before work and jogging or walking after wards, dancing, or taking up a sport or going to the gym it doesnt matter) …Keep hydrated drinking WATER all the time and avoiding soft drinks, cordial and stuff, some juices are good and milk is okay if it is fat free or soy… …Eat healty food only and if you need to treat you self every now and then to a luxury thats okay but dont give in… When you go shopping at the supermarket go after you have eaten a meal so you dont give in to temptations… …Eat until you a satisfied not until you are ‘full’… …snack through out the day… Have sex, it burns alot of carbs and it just as good as exersice, trust me… …Have fun!! and dont starve yourself.. xx.

    cut out all refined sugar, no soda just drink water , there is plenty of good sugar in vegetables, change from white bread to wheat bread.i lost 85 lbs. in 8 months doing this .it took about a week to get used to it but no real problems ,i even cut out all caffeine. good luck 2 months is plenty of time you might even lose as much as 20 lbs .
