    First of all you have to get your mind right whereby, you didn’t go to bed one night & wake up one morning weighing 30 lbs more. So do not expect rapid weight loss!
    First of all write down exactly what you eat last week……then decide what you are gradually going to reduce in your eating habbits.
    Second, you have to exercise & going down the gym drinking water & talking to your friends; is not exercise. Doing four times a week for 30 minutes & getting up a sweat; is a start.
    Take it easy……..the first six months are the hardest.
    Get on your feet & make it happen…..only you can!!!!

    Eat more fresh fruit and vegetables, substitute lean meat for fatty meat, cut out sugars and fizzy drinks. Walk half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening every day. Expect to lose a pound or two a week. Do not try to lose more.
