If you’ve been working at McDonalds and eating their food, then yes, the weight gain is probably normal but not good. The only way to lose that weight is to follow a few simple steps. First and foremost, you need to stop eating what they sell there. Pack a lunch and tons of snacks to get you through your shift. Check out my links below to get more snack ideas.
Now on to the 3 steps:
1. Do NOT eat anything that is white in color. This means white, off-white, or white adjacent. Chances are if you have to think about whether the food is white, you shouldn’t eat it. This does NOT include healthy foods such as eggs, cauliflower, poultry, fish and white pork.
2. Drink ONLY water. You should be drinking half your body weight in ounces every day.
3. Do NOT eat anything that contains wheat. Make sure to read the ingredients before you eat something, as many things nowadays contain wheat.
Follow this for two weeks and you should be well on your way to losing those 30 pounds.
