Is it a good idea if I want to start going to a gym to get fit, toned up/muscular, and getting in shape?

I’m 17 years old and I’m really skinny weight about 125 lbs.

    It is fine, I was 15 when I started bobybuilding, just start slowly don’t try to lift maximum weights at first, after a few months you can start to get serious, remember diet is as important as the gym if not more important.

    Absolutly. You would want to change your food intake to more protien and at the gym you would want to do weights and machines, not so much cardio. Good luck! Im just trying to lose weight and then I will build muscles

    its the best thing you can do for your age and for your body, join a gym and tell to a trainer to find you a workout program for your situation to get started. you will feel more confident as you will seeing your body getting stronger and more in shape…

    It’s perfectly fine! Why not get fit and toned?? You should do it for yourself, so you’ll be ready for everything that comes your way that deals with really physical stuff. You’ll also feel very good about yourself when you’re working out! I do every time I am done with my workout in the morning!

    You should try it out and see if you like it or not!
