I need to lose some body fat?
Hi, I’m a 12 yr old boy, about 5ft. and weigh about 130 pounds. I know it’s now that bad compared to some other kids, but I still want to know how I can lose some of my fat weight. I don’t want any of the suck it up and live with it junk, I just want to know how I can lose some of my body fat. Thanks for your help.

eat heathy i know most people would say that and dont drink coca cola or any soda or mcdonalds i did that and it helps a lot

well ofcourse working out, work out at least 30 min a day, and watch what you eat
at first it will probably go slowly but after you build up your muscle tissue it will go faster
a simple work out go out and just walk for an hour it doesnt take to much energie its easy to do

It’s really a matter of willpower. Some people have habits that will seem nearly impossible to break.
For example, I do things subconsciously. I’ll give you an example. Say I am using a computer for research. It’s easy for ME to get side-tracked because I am a gamer, in a way. So manage your tiem to stop yourself from doing anything that would cause you to build more body fat. Sure, people will tell you to eat right, do exercise, and it all helps, but it’s not up to them, it’s up to you.
Some routines that might help:
1. Walk a few times a day for about 30 minutes.
2. Don’t eat too much junk food, but I wouldn’t say it’s out of bounds.
3. When/if you are really committed, go to the gym or create yourself one.
