how to lose fat fast in lower belly?

i am 19, 220lb i lift weight every other day. I am going to have to kick up the running to cut weight. i have a good muscle structure even some abs under my beer belly. will drinking more light beer help? also i need some other food besides fruit and veggies i eat them but they dont fill me up. should i be eating more smaller meals of just eating like twice a day? what is a good amound of cardio? will more crunches really help tone the belly and burn the fat off? i need a way to burn fat fast!! i have the mental kick ass attitude i just need to know how to do it healthy.

    STOP DRINKING BEER! Secondly, when you are hungry between meals, eat stuff like baby carrots (no dressing) or green beans. Vegetables are your friend! Thirdly, eat healthy foods and try to stay away from fat. Lean meats like chicken and fish would be great. If you are lifting heavy you will become hungry, that’s normal. They key is to make sure you are putting good stuff into your body, NOT BEER.

    Lift weights every other day and on the off days, run, jog or hike up hill if possible. Whatever you do, MOVE! You have got to burn more calories than you take in. That fat around your belly is there because it’s the normal storage area for fat in most men and sadly, it may be the last place you will notice results. Believe me though, if you stick with it and be true to your program RESULTS WILL COME! Don’t give up! You’ll be glad in the end. Good Luck!

    take fiber chewables they will help keep you full and keep your apetite down. you need at least 30 mins of cardio a day. eating fruits and vegetables is good just mix it up with yogurt and other healthy snacks. unsalted and non buttered popcorn are great cause they have fiber which will keep you fuller longer and it is healthy.

    well, he might not live in the US, so im not sure the age thing applies. But anyways, its impossible to target spots to lose fat from. And lifting heavy weights/crunches will make y ou look even fatter. Just run. Start with 1 mile a day for a week. Then 1.5, and so on
