how to lose weight fast and avoid muscle?

im trying to loose weight relatively fast. i want to lose a stone and a half within 2 months?
i have lots of muscle on my legs and its not very attractive..

would i need to cut down on the protein and still run?

any reccomended exercises to slim down thighs and not gain muscle?

how many hours of exercise a day in ratio to how much food?

JUST THROW ME WITH A COUPLE PLANS! i dont mind unhealthy as long as its fast and easy so i can start being healthy again afterwards

    that is a tough one as some people are more prone to putting on muscle than others and perhaps your legs are an area that gain muscle quickly and it is only your opinion that this is unattractive as others would think that means you are lucky!exercises such as streching and yoga can help to lengthen muscles making you look lean as opposed to bulky, also cardio helps you to loose weight overall so that is a good idea, not too sure about the cutting out of protein, i know it helps you to build muscle but unless your eating vast amounts of it (such as protein shakes or an all protein diet type thing) that it would really make a difference but im not that qualified to comment!

    This is a bad attitude toward food. You need to eat healthy now, not later. Otherwise this is what leads to yo-yo dieting where you lose, then gain, then lose, etc. The great thing is that you can lose weight best through healthy eating if you pay attention to portion control. Losing weight too fast does lead to muscle loss as your body breaks down trying to get the nutrition it needs. Keep your calories above 1200.

    Cut out sweets, seconds and junk including processed foods and things made from white flour. Use the whole grain version instead like whole wheat or multi-grain bread, whole wheat pasta (which I actually prefer), and brown rice. Drink only water. However, allow yourself one small cheat a week. This keeps you from feeling deprived and gives you something to look forward to the rest of the week.

    Some people have no snacks. I find I get headaches if I don’t eat more frequently, especially when first starting to eat healthy and exercise. I’ll allow myself a healthy snack of a small piece of fruit or veggies. Just be sure no dressing or peanut butter with it. Studies have shown that it is better to have 3 medium size meals and 2 small snacks rather than just 3 large meals. This helps keep blood sugar more steady. Plus you won’t feel so hungry at meal times.

    Try dividing you plate into quarters. First fill half with fruits and veggies, The other quarters are for the lean protein and whole grain carb. This will help limit your calories and ensure you get plenty of fruits and veggies.

    For exercise, don’t worry too much about gaining muscle. Thighs will shrink as you lose weight. You should do some light strength training/conditioning exercises to tone them like squats and lunges. This will give you nice shapely legs. 1-2 times/week is enough. Do cardio like running 3-4 times/week. The cardio is what will help take off fat.

    i think that you must be quite shallow if you want to lose weight fast and you don’t care if it is unhealthy. there are lots of girls who become obsessed with being skinny and starve themselves to death. as a guy i can tell you that a healthy about of muscle on a girl is very attractive. what you need to do is cut out junk food eat healthily and do lots of cardio. i would also like to add that as a girl you will not gain a manly amount of muscle because you will not have enough testosterone to build that much muscle. before you think that your legs look manly why not go and compare then to a mans legs and you will see that they are not as manly as you think. i bet even a reletively thin guy will have noticably bigger legs than you.
