How to lose fat? fast?

i am 12 and i weigh 91 i know thats not too much but i think i need to lose fat so can any1 tell me what to do i want my stomach to be flat so can any1 tell good ab exercising and what to eat 3 times a dayand i want to try to do it like in a week or 2 maybe some tips thanks

    when i was twelve i thought i was fat too. you dont sound fat by the description and at twelve i dont think you should be worrying about that. seriously youll get over it soon, stop looking at magazines and realize how pretty you really are. just eat healthy food and excersize, even running around in the snow for a while works, lol i still like to do that sometimes. but you really shouldnt have to be worrying about that when your only lil sister is your age and shes probably about the same weight and shes skinny so dont even worry.

    i did crunchies or situps when i was twelve and thats probably all you need.

    ~that berry guy and the tea guy who answered below me, dont listen to them. they are just selling a product and they have said the exact same thing to everyother question under this topic. you are twelve, you dont need weight loss products. Please ignore all the people out there who try to sell you those things, seriously i think a lot of people buy that kind of stuff who dont need it and its not good for you either.
