How fast will I lose weight on this diet of 1300-1500 calories?
Im 5ft 10″ male, 18, and weigh 136pounds.
If I eat between 1300 and 1500 calories a day how quick would I lose weight?
I have a very psychical job too where I am on my feet walking all day, for 8 hours.
I know im not too fat but I would just like to lose a little, thanks.

Why try and fix something before its broken?
You are not overweight, just eat healthily and do exercise hun
For a guy you need to eat around 2000 cals per day not 1300 i think that is a bit too low, when you go back to normal eating you will pile it back on

If you have issues with weight do what I did – try acai berry. If you need to lose weight its superfood qualities help a lot – but those same qualities in addition help those who are trying to bulk up. Great! Cardio exercise definitely helps, but mostly it’s what you EAT. It’s good to eat lots of fiber.
Here’s my diet – I eat diet cookies (yummy chocolate chip) that are packed with fiber, so it makes you go to the bathroom at least 2 times per day, so it cleans out your body. And also I replace 1 meal per day (lunch or supper) with a diet shake and a diet cookie.
