How fast will I lose weight on this diet?

I am vegetarian but am 20 lbs overweight. I have never dieted before, but am trying to lose the weight before I get pregnant again. I eat a good balanced breakfast, drink a slimfast optima for lunch, and eat a good dinner and don’t eat after 5:30 at night. I have a very active job and am active at home although I don’t do cardio. I know I have to–but on this diet alone how much weight can I expect to lose and how fast?
