how fast can i lose weight if i only eat 2 pieces of toast a day?

when will i start losing weight and how fast will i lose it, if i eat only 2 pieces of toast a day?
i don’t have an eating disorder or anything i just need to lose weight fast and i have no time to go to the gym.

    I ate nothing but cottage cheese for two days and lost 5 lbs.

    For some reason i just didn’t have an apitite…i tried eating other food but couldnt keep it down

    But that is very unhealthy…once you start eating again you will gain anything you lost right back and maybe more

    You cannot rid yourself of fat cells. They only shrink when the energy is expended, but don’t go away. Therefore they are waiting in your body for you to start eating normal again where they will overcompensate and start storing every bit of calories they can in the form of fat.

    The best way to lose weight is a slow rate of 2lbs a week or so by changing your calorie intake and exercise levels. And also by eating several small meals throughout the day to keep metabolism up.

    Eat two pieces of toast a day and you may see dramatic results right away–until your metabolism drops to near nothing and your body starts eating your muscles to make up for the lack of nutrition.

    You don’t have to go to the gym. Go for a jog or brisk walk 30 minutes a day. Surely you can spare 30 minutes? Wake up 30 minutes earlier every morning if you have to.

    depends you will lose water weight and you wil lose some body fat but after a certain amount of time 80-90% of your continuing weight loss will be muscle because your forcing yourself into starvation mode which is obviously not a good idea.
