Lose weight fast with only fruits and vegetables?

Hey I’m looking to lose weight to get bikini ready. I have tried the whole eating right and exercising with no results. If I just eat simply fruits and vegetables from now on will that help me lose the fat around my lower belly and thighs???

    It would make you lose weight, but you would be starving and your body would physically begin to crave the other things it needs to survive. You could try eating smaller meals throughout the day? Just do not do all fruits and veggies…incorporating MORE of them into your diet might work (for instance, replacing other things with them…like snacks that you typically eat or dessert).
