how do you prevent strech marks with slow weight loss when you only get them from skin stretching?

you only see stretch marks show up when you lose weight because they were stretched out before so you couldnt see them under the skin. well thats what i think. so why do people say that you can prevent stretch marks woth slow weight loss? how does that make sense? x

    You can’t really. It’s mostly just an issue of hope. You can reduce the skin flab after loosing large amount of weight by a little bit by slowly loosing it but stretch marks you either get or you don’t
