How do I lose fat on my stomach and thighs and butt?

I want to lose weight. I have been doing crunches for my stomach, and I have a six pack, but there’s a layer of fat over it. How do I get rid of it? Also, I have stretch marks on my butt and thighs and hips. How do I get rid of those by losing weight? Please help! My new years resolution is to lose weight 20lbs from my stomach, butt, and thighs. Does running help?

    YES, running does help. CARDIO! CARDIO! CARDIO! 🙂 cardio will help
    biking, swimmming, running….ect.
    Also if you want to get rid of that extra layer of fat you could do ab jam and mat workout based on pilates yoga. Really good vidios. i <3 them. they really help. if you need any tother info on dieting and beauty. this is where i go. 😀 good luck

    This is a method i have tried myself & believe me it worked for me. all you have to do is every morning, empty stomach just drink a glass of luke warm water mixed with a teaspoon of honey & 1/2 a teaspoon of lemon juice before you start your work out. you should probably see the results in 3 weeks time.

    The only way you can lose weight is by diet and exercise, everyone knows this.

    It doesn’t matter if you 8000 sit ups. If you don’t do cardio, raise your heart rate, bust your butt and eat healthy you won’t lose weight. and yes everyone knows what eating healthy is.

    Get off your ass off the computer chair and go running. Or buy that eyetoy kinetic. Trust me, you’ll be sore ALL OVER. Geez that yoga/toning thing is painful. You need a playstation to play it though but i recommend it.
