How do I lose a layer of fat that basically covers my whole body?
I am thin by most people’s standards–5’9 and 120 pounds. The thing is, my bones are very tiny so even though I look thin, there is still about an inch or two of fat tat surrounds almost every body part. I don’t play any sports so I don’t have much muscle, however I am starting to build some by weight training and cardio. What can I do to get rid of this layer of fat that plagues my whole body?

A certain amount of Fat is GOOD for Us- because it helps protect, smooth & moisten the skin, & it insulates Us from the cold… From Your Description of Yourself, your weight is about Right for your Height. So FORGET about OTHER People’s “standards”. If you’re Healthy & Mobile- then you’re Fine. Consider yourself Lucky! 🙂
