what are the best exercizes that work out the whole entire body and help you lose weight fast?

im 14 female. im starting to go to 24 hour fitness this friday. but i want to still do some exercizes at home. HELP!please i need to lose 40 pounds by christmas to impress everybody including my family i need help desperatly!!

    Diet keep your carbs moderate protein around 70 grams a day cut back on fat (but you do need it) do aerobics at lest 30 min no more than an hour drink lots of water avoid the scale for at least a few weeks aerobics is better in the mourning

    Swimming. Swim at least 500 meters every day doing the crawl. Work your way up to 1000 meters doing the crawl and breast stroke, eventually do 1500 meters a day doing the crawl, breast stroke and side stroke. Finally swim 2000 meters a day. You rarely become injured swimming, it’s great to be weightless in the pool, and when you put on a swim suit and see yourself in the mirror it increases your motivation to improve your fitness. 40 pounds is alot of weight, speak with a health care professional. You just have to make up your mind to be healthy and fit, then you will reach your goal. Good luck.

    However, I hate to disappoint you, but 40 pounds is extremely unrelistic to try to lose by Christmas. You’re only setting yourself up for failure. Better to shoot for 10 to 15 pounds. Good luck!
