What is the best way to lose weight fast but safe?

My husband is going to be pout of state for two months for work and I would love to drop a good amount of weight while he is gone. Does any one have a method or something they do that makes weight loss quicker that I could try? Thanks in advance.

    The key word here needs to be ‘safe’. There are ways to lose weight quickly but you want it to be safe and you want it to stay off. Honestly, the best way to do that is to lose it slower but since I perfectly understand what you are looking for and why you want to do it, my suggestion is to eat 5 times a day (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner). Keep your calorie and fat intake low (cals at 1200 a day and fat no more than 30 a day). Lots of water, as much as you can stand, and excercise you butt off…literally! I suggest walking or hitting the treadmill so you dont over do it at first. You will feel better after only a few days and that in itself will help to motivate you to keeping to it.

    Best way is combining diet and exercise. By this way you burn more calories than you intake.
    You should drink lots of water and stay away from fat-sugar-sweet-fastfoods.
    Eat 5 small meals including snacks. Snacking with nuts,fruit or yogurt because this make you feel not hungry so you dont eat much in meals. I am not saying you to eat lot with 5 meals, I say eat often but less. In fact the main point on weight loss is not how much we eat in a day, the main point is how healthy meals we eat and how much calorie we consume
    You should drink green tea(this is really important because green tea speeds metabolism and so you burn more calories- 2-3 cups of green tea in a day is really necessary)
    Here is a sample diet plan that works perfectly:
    Breakfast: a piece of cheese,slices of tomatoes, 4 5 olives,2 egg whites and green tea or milk
    Snack with nuts
    Lunch: Salad
    Snack with fruits or yogurt
    Dinner: Grilled chicken/fish and boiled vegetables or salad
    By exercising you make all your body work and so burn calories. There are many good exercise programs that you can do easily at home. I dont like go gym so I use the most recommended one at home and very happy with it.

    Eat less, burn more. Do this and you will lose weight,., but you must stick to it or nothing will happen.

    In my opinion you have to keep your body constantly guessing to lose weight. Don’t do the same exercise every single time. Instead alternate. Also split your 3 main meals into 6 smaller meals so you don’t get hungry and overeat. This website also has more tips to losing weight safely.

    Cardio exercise definitely helps, but mostly it’s what you EAT. It’s good to eat lots of fiber.
    Here’s my diet – I eat diet cookies (yummy chocolate chip) that are packed with fiber, so it makes you go to the bathroom at least 2 times per day, so it cleans out your body. And also I replace 1 meal per day (lunch or supper) with a diet shake and a diet cookie.
