What is the best protein shake for a female looking to lose some weight?

I currently weight about 153 and want to go down to about 135-140, so I have decided to incorporate a protein shake into my diet. I want to know which one is most effective for weight loss, becuz I have never taken protein shakes b4. I have heard of a protein shake called GNC Lean Shake..so I want to also know if anyone has tried that one..And I’m also not looking for anything over $50-60.Thanks in advance 4 the suggestions….

    I recently decided to try EAS AdvantEdge protein shakes because they have 110 calories per bottle, 17 grams of protein, and only 2 grams of carbs….they keep me so full (which is what I was trying to accomplish haha) and I have sooo much more energy to run now… i also got Pure Whey Protein which is 120 calories a serving and a whopping 23 grams of protein… all the protein is really helping to curb my cravings and giving me more energy/motivation to do more cardio and run a lot faster…also, i suggest eating cottage cheese for breakfast…it keeps me full for about five hours…good luck fellow dieter!
