What part of body fat will I lose first?
I started working out and eating right a week ago. I weigh 240 lbs and I’m 5’7″. Most of my fat is in my stomach, thighs, and upper arms. I was wondering what part of my body will lose the fat first, or will I lose fat all over my body evenly?

you will lose it evenly. but your calves will prolly be the first noticable spot. then face. then wrists. thighs, stomach, love handles will be last. those are the hardest to remove.

Interestingly enough which part of the body will lose fat first is an individual thing. People do not lose fat in the same areas first. I know at 240# it may be difficult to remember how the weight went on, but it will come off in the opposite order that it went on. By the way, weight loss is a simple matter of burning more calories than you consume. Please don’t listen to those who would try to sell you some gimmick eg. acacia berry etc. Burn more calories than you take in and you will lose weight. And no you can’t lose fat in specific areas eg. sit ups will not make belly fat go away first.
