How do i get a six pack really quickly?

i am 14 years old and im not fat or like freaky skinny. when i flex, i can easily feel my abs but i just cant see them. i really want a six pack, so what is the quickest, easiest way to get one? maybe i just have to loose a little weight so the thing layer between my skin and my abs are gone but i dont know. i’d also like to increase my abs though. im willing to do a lot for one.

    do sit ups like crunches often. Not everyday though and not all the time just about 10mins. Do alot of cardio and just stick with it

    jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
    evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
    specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
    your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
    to work double on them. The best approach is this:
    1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
    weight, lower for overweight).
    2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
    3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
    an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
    stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
    for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
    that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
    will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
    body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
    move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
    to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
    guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
    pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
    crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
    ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

    You need to get your BMI (body mass Index) down to 8% and do lots of crunches and reverse crunches… only way!

    i feel u man, im 13 n have a six pack.cut ur calorie intake, a pound has 3000 cals and da human body eats 2000 cals regulary.cut down on dat.cardio is ur way to go.jog 1 for 30 mins den walk for 30 min 3-5 times a wut u eat, if u stuff urself wit pizza n fries u will never get 4 sets of crunches, 25 reps ur abs n do cardio 3-5 times like i said, if u feel sore datz bcuz u tore ur muscle tissue, give it time 2 heal, it will grow back bigger n stronger.just look at my pics man, im so cut
