I am getting really serious about losing weight but i also want some defined muscles like a siz pack, How do i?

Well, i walk 5 miles a day on the treadmill and i have lost some weight but i also want a six pack by the summer, any tips

    Just start doing muscle building exercises. Put them into your daily exercise routine. Do as many sit ups as you can, then the next night, do 10 more, and 10 more, and 10 more. You’ll build muscle, even though it takes time.

    Try eating more foods that are high in protein. That helps build muscle when you are working out too. try sit ups crunches and maybe lifting weights.
